Praise The Most High

We warmly invite you to Praise the Most High!

A heart-opening gathering rooted in devotional singing, music, sound, and presence.

This offering is our own take on Kirtan: a gentle, playful blend of singing, listening, conscious breathing, meditation, movement, and stillness. There will be moments of sound and silence, expression and rest, feeling and celebration.

You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you… sing along, hum, make sound, move your body, lie down and breathe, or simply listen in quiet presence. There will also be open moments for those who feel called to share their own song or music, though this is always optional.

Music and singing have been a profound part of our own healing and awakening journeys, helping us connect more deeply with joy and grief, soften self-judgment, cultivate self-acceptance, and feel a deeper sense of connection with ourselves, one another, and the divine. This gathering is both a meditation and a celebration… a way to give thanks, open the heart, and remember the sacredness of being alive.

Singing and music also offer real, measurable physical benefits, supporting the nervous system, breath, and overall well-being, helping us relax, regulate, and return home to ourselves.

This gathering is for anyone seeking connection, peace, presence and heart opening. It’s for those who love music and singing, feel curious about exploring their own voice or simply want to have a moment of rest to refill their cup and receive sound from the heart!

No experience or beliefs required. Come as you are!

All voices welcome (including silence).

This will be our first time holding this event. We are excited to see what we can create together and we look forward to sharing this space with you!
