About My Heart’s Path

Inspired and In Service

Our Mission

My Heart’s Path Meditation Centre (est. 2020) is a heart-centred community welcoming all who feel drawn to inner exploration, healing and awakening.

We are devoted to sharing practices that support spiritual growth, self-realization, and a deeper remembering of our true nature as loving awareness. We believe that self-knowledge is a powerful pathway toward reducing suffering and cultivating inner peace.

Rooted in safety, presence, and compassion, we offer a space for healing, connection, self-inquiry, and meaningful transformation. Our intention is to support you in discovering and living your own unique heart’s path — one that brings greater presence, purpose, ease, joy, and freedom into your life.

Our Story

Brayden and Jacqueline have been walking life’s path together for over 14 years. They are married and blessed with three children, and their journey has been shaped by curiosity, and a deepening commitment to healing and growth — both individually and together.

In their earlier years, they bonded through a shared love of extreme sports, health, and fitness. They trained together, pursued physical achievements, and worked as stunt performers in the film industry. This chapter of their lives was defined by discipline, resilience, and pushing limits.

As life unfolded and challenges inevitably arose, their focus began to shift inward. Spiritual exploration and self-inquiry gradually became a vital part of their lives. Through meditation, conscious breathing, and other practices they were learning — both individually and as a couple — they discovered a growing capacity to feel emotions and meet hardship with greater presence, understanding, and compassion.

Naturally, they began sharing what they were learning with others through meditation and conscious breathing classes. This sharing brought a profound sense of meaning and a deeper connection with themselves and their community.

Over time, the inspiration to be of service in a greater way emerged — and from that calling, My Heart’s Path was born.
At the heart of it all is a simple intention: to walk alongside others on this path with honesty, care, and presence.

“I feel so blessed and grateful to be able to share and connect with others as we grow in awareness together! It has become very clear to me, love is the way!” - Brayden

Brayden.jpg

Brayden lives from the heart with passion and is devoted to the awakening of present-moment awareness, wisdom, and love. His presence is warm, and he facilitates with discernment, care, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Inspired by his own path — and by the guidance, support, and love he has received along the way — he shares these practices with clarity and sincerity.

Brayden consistently points people inward, encouraging direct experience over concepts or beliefs. He often invites a “beginner’s mind,” approaching both practice and life with humility, curiosity, and openness — and he continues to learn and grow alongside the communities he serves.

Over the years, Brayden has sat in and supported many ceremonies, retreats, and trainings in Ontario, Quebec, Mexico, and Peru. He has also apprenticed and facilitated alongside experienced teachers and guides, absorbing best practices and continually refining the quality and integrity of his offerings.

His approach is both expansive and grounded. While informed by non-dual insight and moments of deep stillness, it honours the tender, human experience and the realities of the nervous system, relationships, and healing. His facilitation weaves together somatic, therapeutic, relational, and trauma-informed methodologies, and is personalized to each participant.

Brayden is a certified Breathwave Conscious Breathing Facilitator and a trained meditation teacher, having graduated from the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. He draws from many traditions and teachings of awareness and love, with a special place in his heart for the Buddha’s path and the spirit of Christ.

He doesn’t ask you to believe anything — instead, he invites you to question what you believe and to seek sincerely, with patience, honesty, and discernment, to discover what is true for yourself.

“Know that you are enough! Every moment is an opportunity to remember this and begin again.” - Jacqueline

Jacqueline brings a calm, caring, and joyful presence to her work, offering a deeply supportive and grounded space for inner healing and spiritual exploration. Her facilitation is intuitive and attentive, often leaving participants feeling seen, nourished, and grateful — many sharing afterward, “That was exactly what I needed in that moment.”

She has a particular love for holding space for inner child healing and the awakening of forgiveness, compassion, and self-love, themes that have been central to her own healing journey. As a mother, she naturally embodies a gentle, unconditional presence that helps others feel safe to soften, open, and reconnect with themselves.

Alongside her healing work, Jacqueline is a professional stunt performer in the film industry and has a deep passion for movement, strength, and embodiment through various extreme sports, including ice cross downhill. She also finds joy and grounding in nature, music, travel, animals, fitness, tending to her vegetable garden, and caring for her chickens and goats — as well as spending time with her family, including her husband Brayden, their children, and their beloved cats Mogli.

Jacqueline is a certified Breathwave Conscious Connected Breathing Facilitator and has trained and worked alongside experienced guides through her breathwork and ceremonial training. She has been facilitating breathwork and medicine ceremonies with Brayden for over eight years and continues to learn, evolve, and deepen as both a guide and a conscious human being.

Her passion for this work has grown organically from her own spiritual journey and relational healing. Jacqueline is devoted to following her heart’s path and embraces the ongoing expansion of awareness through self-work, teaching, and the reflections of community.

One of the most meaningful realizations on her path has been that true fulfillment comes from within:

“When I love myself unconditionally, everything else falls into place.”

FAQs

+ Do I need any prior experience to attend?

No! We welcome newcomers and experienced participants alike with open arms! Some offerings will be better suited to you than others depending on your intentions and circumstance. Continue reading and check out our offerings to see what feels right for you. Email us if you're unsure.

+ Why do people generally attend?

People come to My Heart’s Path for many reasons. Some are simply curious and want to explore something new. Others are on a spiritual journey and seeking deeper connection or clarity. Many come for emotional healing, support with stress or anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or times of transition.

Some are looking for community — a place to feel accepted, connected, and free to be themselves. Others are drawn by a desire to live with more presence, openness, and heart.

While our stories are different, the longing beneath them is shared. We all want to feel connected, supported, and at ease in ourselves. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome — and we look forward to meeting you.

+ What's the best offering to begin with?

We recommend either booking a private meditation or conscious breathing session, joining our Heart Sangha meditation class on zoom or attending one of our group conscious breathing sessions. Go to our offerings page to learn more and see what feels right for you.

+ What should I bring when coming to a Conscious Breathing or Guided Meditation class?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe fully and easily into your belly and chest and a sweater (or similar removable clothing) to allow you to adjust your body temperature to your comfort. Bring your water bottle, a journal, and an open mind! :) The rest will be provided.

+ What is your cancelation policy?

You may cancel up to 48 hours before your session and receive a full refund. If you cancel in less than 48 hours you will be charged in full for the session. Thank you for your understanding.

+ Can I book a session for my friend or family member?

No, each participant must book for themselves, and complete the required preparation protocols. As much as we can all think of that person who “needs to do this” it is important that they actually have the desire for themselves. This is deep spiritual work that must be approached willingly by each participant! We appreciate your referrals and look forward to hearing from them directly!

+ Can I create a private group session?

Yes, we are happy to co-create a private session with you and your group. Each participant will need to go through the required preparation protocols. Please contact us to discuss and book your session.

+ Can children participate?

Yes, Conscious breathing, meditation and presence practises are very beneficial to introduce to children. However, this is not something that can or should be forced, the child must be interested for themselves. We must specifically tailore the class to their age and attention spans, so we adjust accordingly on a case by case basis. Send us an email for inquiries.

+ Do I need to be spiritual or religious to attend?

No. People from all backgrounds and belief systems are welcome. Whether you identify as atheist, agnostic, spiritual, religious, or none of the above, you’re invited to join us. Our offerings are non-sectarian and don’t require any beliefs — just curiosity and an open mind.

+ Where is My Heart’s Path Meditation Center located?

Our center is in St. George, Ontario, Canada, a 1 hour drive west of Toronto. You will receive the exact address upon confirmation of your booking.

+ Is this Psychotherapy?

No. Although we consider our approach to be partially therapeutic in orientation, we are not certified psychotherapists. We do not diagnose or treat any mental or physical health conditions.
