Conscious Breathing
The way we breathe is directly related to the way we experience life
Our breath is a powerful tool for awakening presence and bringing awareness into our bodies. It can
serve to simply relax us and slow down the busy-ness of mind so many of us are
familiar with, or it can be modified with specific healing and transformational intention in
mind. When we use practices like Breathwave Conscious Connected Breathing, the
breath can serve as a bridge between our conscious and unconscious mind, allowing us
to access stored emotions and trauma to be resolved and
released. We can use our breath to access expanded states of consciousness, bringing
insights, spiritual connection, realization and healing. Conscious breathing beautifully
teaches us to fully receive life with an open heart and to completely let go with trust and
gratitude!
“BreathWave” is a gentle and effective self-healing practice focusing on our own breath flowing as an open, relaxed and continuous wave. Conscious Breathing is integrative medicine that you can access at any moment. Your breath is always with you!

A private session allows us to move at your pace, adjusting the practice to meet what is present and ready to unfold.
This work is approached with care, respect for your nervous system, and a trauma-informed lens.
Each 2-hour session includes:

• Conscious conversation and reflection
• Intention setting and Integration support
Group Session
We gather in circle to create a safe, supportive space for breathwork and inner exploration.
You’re invited to participate at your own pace. To breathe. To feel. To stay with your experience as it unfolds, in stillness or movement. This is a space to reconnect with clarity and grounded presence. All of you is welcome here.
Each 2.5-hour session includes:
• Clear explanation of the practice
• Guided meditation and intention setting
• 1-hour guided Breathwave practice
• Support from trained facilitators
• Optional sharing and light refreshments
