A 3 hour meditative hot/cold therapy session.
We will begin our time together by circling in the loft for a short meditation and briefing, and then move out to the Sauna and Cold tubs.
3 guided rounds of hot in the wood burning sauna followed by cold in the ice bath will bring a potent opportunity to practice remaining present with our breath while the contrasting intensities change.
We will be inviting you into powerful self inquiry and contemplation during our rounds in the heat, (with optional sharing opportunities) and silent focus during the cold.
Stick around after the session to enjoy a snack and conversation if you like.
