The Elemental Alchemy workshop is an opportunity to connect with your inner somatic experience through the integration of powerful spiritual practices resonant with the elements of creation (Fire, Water, Earth, Air), with the support of like hearted men.

We will spend the day together in presence, moving through the elements to explore our human experience more deeply. To observe our patterns of thinking, brining to light any outdated belief systems to be dismantled with love. Intention:
With any transformational practice, it can be helpful to contemplate and clarify your intention for what you would like to get out of our time together. Consider questions such as: “What am I ready to let go of?” “What do I want to call into my life?” “What is most important to me in my life?” “What would the full expression of healthy, authentic masculinity look like for me?” and keep a journal of any related thoughts or realizations that arise for you leading up to this experience.
