This will be a guided experience, beginning by inviting you out of your head and into your body, to move, stretch, dance, and let energy flow through creative expression.
An opportunity to be in a sacred space of non-judgment, openness and loving acceptance where all of you is welcome.

We will be inviting the walls of ego, self judgment, shame and embarrassment to be dissolved and fall away as we step into the freedom of self expression and connect with the natural movement of our bodies. Feel, laugh, shake, shout, and connect with yourself, the music and one another. This event is an opportunity to fully embrace your body and the joy of being human!
